‘Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer on the website. We are a small MSME company focusing deeply on product quality and timely delivery and do not have the bandwidth to support these kinds of changes. In case the customer orders the wrong item, shall not be entitled to change the order, product or initiate any return or refund.

What are the refund rules?
In the case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side (if product received differs from what is ordered in Invoice) , the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is supposed to ship the defective or wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once we get the product back, we will ship a replacement product or initiate a refund of the full amount immediately. We only take responsibility for initiating the refund and providing you with the refund proof. The refund generally reflects in 7 to 10 working days in the customer account. In case of any further deals, the customer needs to follow up with his bank. A refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

The buyer is solely responsible for the completeness and correctness of the shipping address, PIN code, email ID, & mobile number provided by him/her during raising the order. shall not be held responsible for refunds or replacements in the absence of the same.

The buyer must provide only that mobile number that is in working condition and on which the buyer can immediately be reached in case of any urgency during the delivery of the courier. Return, replacement, or refund due to a product defect:

All complaints regarding Product Defects shall be discussed and finalised only on Wednesday's between 11am to 12noon only. Buyer can submit Invoice Copy and Images of Defected Product, in the interim.

Company reserves the right to judiciously decide on it's own accord, whether the product is really defected or not and whether qualify for return/replacement/refund.

Company's decision on such cases shall be final and non-negotiable. Post decision, Company is not liable to discuss such cases endlessly with Buyer and reserves the right to block the buyer, in case he or she continue to followup endlessly, post decision.

Regarding Consignee Self-Collect cases:

Prepaid Orders: If a Consignee agrees to go for self-collect, then irrespective of reason, consignee must visit and self collect. If consignee fails and courier gets returned, no refund or replacement.

Cod Orders: If a consignee agrees to self-collect, then irrespective of reason, Consignee must visit and self-collect. If consignee fails and courier gets returned, consignee has to pay to-and-fro courier charges.

International Shipping

Custom Clearance is Customer's responsibility in case it get stuck in Customer Country's custom. It is customers responsibility and obligation to see that he orders what his country allows him to procure.

As a seller, we are bound to ship all products with-in the stipulated time, and cannot refund/ replace on the partial or whole shipment, if your country does not allow the shipment or product(s).

We will not be responsible for return and refund or replacement, in case it stucks in Customer Country customs , or it gets returned back from customer’s country due to any reason.

Also, any extra duty/tax , if levied, as per customer's country, has to be paid by the Customer.

How long does it take to process the cancellation request? does not provide facility of cancelling/ replacing the items in the order after the order is placed. In case, satvaherbals management accepts the cancellation of unshipped order, then only the coupon of equivalent amount would be provided that can be used with in one month. No money would be refunded in monetary terms.

What are the Cancellation Charges?

There are no cancellation charges. satvaherbals does not provide facility of cancelling/ replacing the items in the order after the order is placed.

However, if the already shipped order is returned by Customer for any reason, whatsoever, then the To and Fro charges, and the other overhead charges would be recovered from Customer.
